1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Digital Refactor website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Digital Refactor provides professional code refactoring, optimization, and API development services. Services are provided "as is" and on an as-needed basis.

3. Pricing and Payment

• •Payment is due via Cash App before work begins
• •Quotes are valid for 14 days from date of issue
• •All payments are final - no refunds
• •Rush fees may apply for expedited delivery

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

• •Clear specifications and requirements
• •Source code access as needed
• •Timely feedback and communication
• •Legal right to use the code provided

5. Deliverables

• •Refactored source code
• •Technical documentation
• •Code comments and inline documentation
• •Deployment instructions if applicable

6. Intellectual Property

Upon payment in full, all refactored code and work product becomes the property of the client. Digital Refactor retains no rights to the deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Digital Refactor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

8. Confidentiality

Digital Refactor agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client code and information provided. We will not disclose any proprietary information to third parties without express written consent.

9. Support and Revisions

• •Starter Plan: Email support for 7 days
• •Standard Plan: Email support for 14 days
• •Premium Plan: Priority support for 30 days
• •Enterprise Plan: Ongoing support as specified in contract
• •No revisions included - work is delivered as quoted

10. Timeline and Delivery

• •Standard turnaround: 5-7 business days
• •Delivery timeline subject to scope complexity
• •Rush delivery available (additional fees apply)
• •Client delays may extend timeline

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, payment obligations remain in full. No refunds are issued regardless of completion status.

12. Testing and Quality

All deliverables are tested thoroughly before delivery. However, client is responsible for final testing and validation in their own environment.

13. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Digital Refactor makes no guarantee of specific performance or outcomes beyond what is explicitly agreed in writing.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through mutual agreement or legal proceedings if necessary.
